The coaches of Ashland Youth Lacrosse were kind enough to come to Warren EDP recently and show the children some skills and drills used in the game of lacrosse. The children learned how to cradle, scoop and shoot the ball, and they also were given a brief history of this sport, once traditionally played by the Native American Iroquois people. It was a fun way to learn something new, and everyone who participated seemed to truly enjoy it. Thank you, Ashland Youth Lacrosse!
