Puppet Palooza

December 9th and 10th were field trip days for the Warren EDP!  The children went to the Drawbridge Puppet Theater in Lunenburg as part of out unit on Puppetry.  They were able to watch a puppet show (with marionettes and shadow puppets), take a behind-the-scenes look at how a puppet show works, and participate in a puppet making workshop.  Mr. Jeff and Ms. Mary, the puppeteers, showed the children how a marionette works and how they do the voices of all the characters.  What a wonderful learning experience!
