Despite all of the recent snow, the Mindess EDP 6th graders were able to host the finale of their Cooking Club by making and serving dinner to their families. The menu included salad, baked chicken, roasted carrots, twice-baked potatoes, and chocolate mousse in a graham cracker crust. The students prepared the entire meal, set the table, and served their families. All participants received a Williams & Sonoma Cook Book to encourage them in their new endeavor.
