A Meeting of the Minds

Our Director, Assistant Director, and Head Teacher meet regularly to discuss our SMART goals for the school year. SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.  We use this criteria to set targets that are motivating and informative.  

By working together and holding frequent check-ins, we each build goals that states exactly what needs to be accomplished, a deadline for when it needs to be accomplished by, and how we know if we're successful. We track our progress, and at the end of the year, celebrate a job well done!
