Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the school the following procedures are set up to try to resolve the problem.

Initial Discussion

If you are concerned about a matter, please discuss it with the class teacher or the phase leader (depending on the issue). This will give you the opportunity to discuss in private, at a mutually convenient time, your worries or complaint. We would urge you to come to us sooner rather than later so that we can tackle the problem in its earliest stages. It is hoped that most matters can be resolved at this stage.

Written Complaint

If the issue is not resolved through the initial discussion, you should put your complaint in writing to the Principal. The matter will be investigated and you will receive a response in writing. You will be offered the opportunity to discuss the response with the Principal.
