About The Team

The soccer team had a rough start, but they slowly won a couple games near the end. Our team has tried their best and show what they can do, but other teams were better and bigger. The team had 10 8th graders, 4 7th graders and 2 6th graders. Everyone had played a lot and had a fun time being part of the Marina Boys Soccer Team. Each time we lost our team practiced and harder and harder. After they kept practicing the team starting winning a couple games near the end. Our last game was the one everyone wanted to win because our record wasn’t good so we were anxious to win. Our coach expected us to get a high score in the first half so when we reached second half we would be able to keep ball in control. Everyone did the most they can and showed what our team can do if we can really try. Our last game score was 10-3, when we won we were very happy that we did it because our record was increased by one. Our team, coach and student managers were very happy that we could at least win our last game. The team enjoyed being part of the Marina Boys Soccer team. The team mostly filled with 8th graders will be leaving and hoping that more people will try out next year so the team can get a better score and learn. Overall the season was tough, but really fun and an enjoying moment for our team.
