The 2018-19 school year is coming to an end! Congratulations to the 8th graders for completing their 3 years of middle school. Good luck to the 8th graders in high school. Current 6th & 7th graders, don’t forget to be welcoming to the incoming 6th graders! Here are some of the highlights of people’s school year!

“Meeting new people and having a blast.” (Ena Tan 6th grader)

“ The things I loved about Marina the year was meeting a lot of people and getting support from others. I will treasure the moments of being a 6th grader because no other moments will be the be same as being a 6th grader.” (Stephanie Situ, 7th grader)

“My favorite thing about Marina this year was getting to do things I didn’t get to do as a 6th grader.” (Nicole Situ, 7th grader)

“Nothing marina sucks. First of all, the bullying problems need to get solved. Second of all, many male teachers are perverts. Solve this I don’t want to go to a school where I have really bad anxiety just getting ready for school.” (Vanessa Trujillo, 7th grader)

“Graduating :) In all seriousness, I can’t choose a favorite, but overall my classes have been good and I’ve met a lot of people that I’ll treasure for rest of my life.” (Maria Wen, 8th grader)

“Participating in athletics.” (Kevin Vuong, 8th grader)

“Playing Brawl Stars at lunch.” (Jason Chen, 8th grader)

“Habibi.” (Ibrahim Algaheim, 8th grader)

We truly hope you had an amazing 2018-19 school year! Have a great summer!
