Leaked SAT Answers

   “On Saturday, Hunzail Hassan was one of the thousands of anxious students across the United States who who took the SAT, the college entrance exam that’s been a dreaded rite of passage for millions of American high school students since 1926,” says Ruben Vives. Hunzail Hassan walked out of class and check Twitter. Hunzail saw that there had been leaked answers of the same SAT test that he took.

 Students who took the SAT on Saturday say some test takers had an unfair advantage. Students spend long hours preparing for the SAT, some families even dish out thousands of dollars in tutoring fees. Some students in the U.S who took the SAT last weekend noticed they were too familiar with the test. The leaked October version had been uploaded months ago. Accessible to all. Most students saw it as a practice test. “Which means some of the people who took the test had actually seen the test before and knew the questions and answers, so obviously those people are going to get a higher test score,” said Test Magic’s Erin Billy.

    A few years back, some Chinese people leaked SAT answers as well. They leaked the SAT answers onto the internet and it spread very quickly. In 2011, people who were supposed to take the SAT paid other people to do it for them. The test lasts for about 3 hours. “What the College Board will do is conduct a statistical analysis of certain test scores -- meaning if your test scores went up dramatically on this past SAT test, they could invalidate them.” says ABC News. On Tuesday, the College Board said scores will be out on September 7.
