Numberal squares. Have them count the number of

chocolate chips on each cookie and find the matching

numeral.

Homework Week 2:

Read the book or watch it online (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESHLF92_rBw). Enjoy making your favorite cookie recipe with your child. Count how many cookies you made. Count how many family members or friends you will share them with and then work together to figure out how many cookies each person will get to enjoy. I have included information on paired reading. This is a great strategy to engage children and help them enjoy book reading.
