ArcGIS Online for Sustainable Water

This portion of the website is dedicated to Dr. Stephen Moysey's class, GEOL2700 Sustainable Water.

This website will guide you through the process of creating an interactive map using ArcGIS Online, a cloud-based platform that allows you to share your GIS data and maps on the web. Your maps will incorporate many types of data to investigate interactions between humans and a watershed, such as geology and soils, land use, population and human health information. You will learn a few fundamental ways you can manipulate these data using tools in ArcGIS online to perform analyses and reveal patterns within your data, enriching your interpretation of watershed sustainability.

Content in these subpages was created by Blake Lytle, a GIS intern and Master's student in Hydrogeology, 2015.
