Word from the Wise

1. Prepare a list of quotations or provide a quotation site page related to current learning content.

2. Have students select the one quotation most meaningful to them.
3. Form teams of 3 to 5.
4. Team members share the quotation they chose and why they find it significant.
5. Next, have each team (as a whole) select one quotation and make connections to the current unit of study.
6. Ask a spokesperson from each team to share the team’s selected quotation and connections.
