Tag It

1. In teams, split content so that each group member engages with select materials.
2. Each person develops a list of key words, phrases, or traits that represent the materials they explored.
3. Have teams share the information they explored and as a team develop the "tags," labels, titles, categories, heading, or main idea that summarized the content.
4. When applicable, provide the teams with the actual terminology, or vocabulary, and have the teams work to assign the correct labels.
