Three-Step Interview

Three-Step Interview

1. Students are placed in teams of four and select a team member to partner with.
2. One student in each pair interviews their partner for a specified length of time. The person conducting the interview is encouraged to ask clarifying questions.
3. The pairs reverse roles and the individual who was interviewed becomes the person conducting the interview for a similar length of time.
4. Each pair then shares--with the entire team--the information gleaned from the interviews.
