Feedback Focus
- Individuals will review their work and identify an area of concern, an aspect they hope to improve, a specific question they want answered, etc. This will be the feedback focus.
- Give each individual a note card or sticky note and have them record their feedback focus on the note.
- Place the feedback focus note and a sheet of blank paper next to the work to be reviewed.
- Provide time for all participants to move around the room examining 3 - 5 works by others and giving specific and helpful feedback.
- When giving feedback, encourage the use of "I" statements.
- I like...
- I wonder...
- I have...
- I think...
- I wish...
