Discussion Shuffle

The Discussion Shuffle is a more relaxed version of the Think, Pair, Share.

• When directed, students randomly move around the room.
• They stop and discuss a given topic with any available partner or group.
• When their discussion is complete, students begin to move once again.
• Since the pairing or grouping is informal, remind students of appropriate ways of interacting and moving prior to starting the activity.
