Essential Learner Outcomes
PEH.H5.1 - Identify physical, social, and emotional changes associated with puberty.
PEH.H5.2 - Recognize the role that parents, friends and health care professionals have in physical, social, and emotional health.
PEH.H5.3 - Apply the decision making process to situations involving tobacco, alcohol, nutrition, physical activity, and personal safety.
PEH.H5.4 - Analyze personal physical fitness in order to create a health related goal for self.
PEH.H5.5 - Evaluate choices made in order to determine if they were a positive or negative influence on the health of the individual.
PEH.H5.6 - Identify places to go to receive help or people to talk to about changes with the body (puberty).
