Essential Learner Outcomes
PEH.FWT.1 - Student will emonstrate competency in one or more specialized skills in health-related fitness activities
PEH.FWT.2 - Students will design and implement a strength and conditioning program that develops balance in opposing muscle groups and supports a healthy lifestyle
PEH.FWT.3 - Students will identify types of strength exercises and stretching exercises for personal fitness development.
PEH.FWT.4 - Students will apply best practice for participating safely in physical activity and exercise.
PEH.FWT.5 - Students will choose an appropriate level of challenge to experience success and desire to participate in a self-selected physical activity
