Essential Learner Outcomes
BUS.BM.1 - Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Opportunities: Recognize that entrepreneurs possess unique characteristics and evaluate the degree to which one possesses those characteristics.
BUS.BM.2 - Economics: Apply economic concepts when making decisions for an entrepreneurial venture.
BUS.BM.3 - Business Organization: Analyze how forms of business ownership and government regulations affect entrepreneurial ventures.
BUS.BM.4 - Product or Service Analysis: Describe what the product or service the business is offering, features of the product or service, why customers will purchase it, and what customer needs are met.
BUS.BM.5 - Marketing: Analyze customer groups, competition, determine market trends, and identify geographic area to be reached. Create a promotional plan.
BUS.BM.6 - Management: Develop a management plan for an entrepreneurial venture.
BUS.BM.7 - Finances: Identify, create, and evaluate the financial statements for the business they want to establish.
