Leadership I and II Weekly Plan
Essential Learner Outcomes
AG.LEAD.1 - Identify personality and leadership styles to gain strengths and weakness, develop verbal and non-verbal communication, complete self direct leadership project, Analyze Leadership issues that will impact a groups effectiveness and influence in decision making
AG.LEAD.2 - Describe the aims and purposes of FFA and other group organizations, identify and exhibit personal skills necessary to be a successful leader, prepare and deliver a speech/presentation, demonstrate the ability to cooperate and collaborate by serving the community
AG.LEAD.3 - Demonstrate the use of parliamentary procedure skills
AG.LEAD.4 - Demonstrate good public speaking, effective verbal skills, non-verbal, understand decision making, effectively work in a committee, describe leadership skills, explain the abilities and skills in the importance of ethics
AG.LEAD.5 - Develop goals for personal improvement, demonstrate confidence, imitative, reliability, effective listening and answering, apply appropriate strategies fro problem solving, demonstrate loyality, enthusiasm, cooperation, and exhibit poise, honesty, adaptability and proper grooming
AG.LEAD.6 - Describe the various roles of employers and employees, engage in applied learning experiences, develop career interest, explore personal career opportunities, connect goal settings to life work, and develop critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
AG.LEAD.7 - Develop career development event activities
AG.LEAD.8 - Identify opportunities in community for service, collaborate with businesses and organizations within the community, apply classroom learning with community action, build civic responsibility and skills, and apply skills to young students
AG.LEAD.9 - Identify and collaborate organizations with in specific areas, and investigate career opportunities within all areas
