How to request Air Handlers for your Special (after school hours) Event.
1. If you want to reserve a room or location, please check for availability and then fill out a Facilities Request.
2. If you want Air during your event, you must put your event on the campus calendar:
High School - Use District Calendar
JH - JH Calendar
Elem - Elem Calendar
These 3 calendars get imported into the Air Handler software and your events are scheduled according to time and location.
To fill out the calendar for the Air Handler software, please follow these rules:
Put in the exact time people will be in the location. There is a natural "Ramp Up" Time built into the system.
Put in the exact location (HS Auditorium, JH Cafe, JH Library, EL Library, EL 202, EL Cafe. HS Commons, HS Kitchen) For Athletic events at the JH or HS, please use JH Athletics or HS Athletics to indicate the gym and dressing rooms.
Please put all JH athletic events on the JH Calendar and all HS athletic events on the District Calendar.
I will continue to send out Room Names as needed so that you can better schedule your event.
THINGS you SHOULD be AWARE of at the moment:
GVL GYM only has Manual thermostats. That means it cannot be scheduled via the air handlers for that area. When you go into the GVL GYM you will need to set the thermostat while you occupy the building.
Currently, the EL GYM only has Manual Thermostats.
Both JH & HS can be managed by the day (not the week) using a mobile app from anywhere on the planet with the Internet.
Elementary Campus can be viewed using the Internet but only on a PC that has the correct version of Java. If cannot be scheduled or adjusted at the moment.
The Actual Air Handler Scheduler is called Campus Optimizer and it can ONLY be accessed inside the district. This means that during Holidays, it must be accessed from a single machine in the Studio.
