Hares: Santa-Maria and Kim Will Run

Start Time: 15:00

Start Location: Shibuya

Weather: Cloudy

Scribe: Do me next week

This time the location was Shibuya, which was unusual for H4. Missing ocean and trees, yet we all were excited because the on-on place, Bentley's British Pub was owned by the beautiful daughter of Santa Maria and Kim Will Run.

We were lucky to have a cloudy weather after we had pretty strong rain in the morning.

Relatively small number, 10 of us started the bar, then went into Shoto area, unexpectedly quiet and nice area with luxurious houses, some nice museums and greens, which we enjoyed. But very soon after, we got lost at a small interaction :) We looked for an arrow for a while, then thought we found one. But it led us to Tokyu department main store, the neighborhood of on-on place... We haven't run even two kilo??!! Then we fortunately ran into Santa Maria. He asked us if we went to NHK area. "No...?"

So we went back to where we lost and started looking for an arrow all over again. We finally found one! So the pack finally started moving. We passed the edge of Yoyogi park, NHK area, then the middle of Shibuya, which was one of the crowded area in Japan! But it was all fun to see the different aspects of the big town.

We managed to arrive at the goal, but noticed one guy was missing. Head shot, fast runner. As the big Shibuya crowd made it almost impossible to find arrows if you're alone, we were afraid if he ever came back... But he did! Glad all of us came back safe.

At down-down, in front of closed Kimono shop near Tokyu department,we had naming for Monse, who was leaving for Spain soon. So this was her last Hayama hash. We thought about giving her a Japanese name which would be unique in Spain, but decided to name her in Spanish so that hashers over there would understand it. Here it comes, she's Adios Amiba! As she's a pediatric dentist, we used the term amiba, gum disease, and Spanish good-bye. It fits her very well as her cuteness matches the charming sound. Congratulations Adios Amiba!

The on-on party was a lot of fun, with good friends, good food and great hospitality. To make it even better, we had Janken taikai, Rock Paper Scissors to decide two winners to get Bentley's British pub's original T-shirts. Guess who won? They were Adios Amiba and Code Poo, the best buddies! What a coincidence! We hope it reminds Adios Amiba of us and Japan! We wish you all the best in Spain.

Thank you so much for the fun trail and great on-on, Santa Maria and Kim Will Run, especially after the heavy rain. When any of you are around in Shibuya, you want to visit their daughter's Bentley's British Pub! Great place :)
