6月6日は年一回のバーベキューハッシュです。 スタートは逗子駅３PM。

ヘアーは４H創立者のSweetieとFullerair ――― トレールは最高とは言えません

がいつもの弊害及び海の景色たくさん有りかなり食欲をかきたてられることでしょ

う。またフル10キロ保障。グループとして走れれば良いのですが。。。

それでON-ONなのですが有機野菜、新鮮な魚、ホームメードのアイスクリームやソル

べ、イタリアの赤・白ワイン、特別のドリンクとしてテキーラサンライズ等今年最高

と言えるバーベキューです！

また石井さんが今年初めて栽培を始めたアーティチョークやフェンネルにも有りつけ

ると良いのですが。。。

４Hは食に拘ることから出欠をできる限りDragonflyにEmailで連絡お願いします。

Hayama Hash House Harriers (4H) -- BBQ hash is on Sunday 6th June.

Start 3pm Zushi station main entrance.

Hares are Sweetie and Fullerair the two founders of 4H --- not the greatest

trail but full of our favorite obstacles, and lots of sea to get our

appetites up; guaranteed a full 10k! Hopefully running as a pack......

The On-on.....

Organic vegetables, fresh fish from the port, homemade ice creams and

sorbets, Italian reds and whites, featured drink Tequila Sunrise.....this is

the BBQ of the year!

Hopefully artichokes and fennel will be big enough......and enough to go

round,,,,,

4H is a very personal run and food matches numbers --- so if attending you

must advise Dragonfly by mail.
