ラン&ビーチ！

8月のハッシュは、いつもの葉山より短いランの後にビーチを楽しめます。

ビキニまたはSpeedo⁈を持って来てください。

ビアストップはありますが、各自熱中症対策をお願いいたします。また、日焼け止め、虫除け等の準備もお願いいたします。

オンオンは夏にぴったりのインド料理です。

オンオンに参加希望の方は8月3日(金)までにお知らせ下さい。

Run and the beach!

This month, we can enjoy both run ( short ones than usual) and swim.

Bring your bikini or Speedo!

We will set a beer stop on the trail, however, please make sure to protect yourself against the heat, also sunburn and mosquito.

The OnOn is Indian food which is perfect for the hot weather.

If you would like to attend the OnOn, please let us know by Aug. 3rd (Fri).
