LINE COOK/CULINARY APPRENTICE
This opportunity is for current sophomores (rising juniors) only.
Description:
Table management includes making assignments, cleaning, and resetting
Assist with cleaning and serving
Interacting with guests
Prepping food including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
Assist with setting up stations
Assist in the cooking process
Assist in keeping back of house clean
Operate kitchen equipment
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Strengths:
Interest in hands-on work
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in food prep
Good communication skills
Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
Knowledge of basic food safety procedures
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work at a fast pace / multitask
Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable
ServSafe certification a plus
OSHA10 certification a plus

Rate of Pay:
$15.00
Dress Requirements:
Black slacks, black slip-resistant shoes, shirts are provided
