Student Leaders’ Investiture 2025: Passing the Torch of Leadership

Guided by our Student Leadership vision — “Every Springfielder with the confidence to lead” — the Student Leaders’ Investiture marks a significant milestone in Springfield’s leadership journey. The ceremony symbolises the official handover of responsibilities from the Secondary 4 student leaders to their Secondary 3 juniors, as the next generation steps forward to lead with purpose and heart.

The ceremony serves to honour and appreciate the dedication, service, and hard work of the graduating leaders, who have faithfully upheld the school values and contributed to various initiatives throughout their leadership journey. It is also a meaningful moment for the juniors to express their gratitude and bid farewell to their seniors, strengthening the camaraderie within the student leadership community.

As the new leaders take on their roles, they are formally affirmed before the school and encouraged to embody the 5 Leadership Practices and Springfield values, continuing the legacy of Service, Excellence, and Confidence in leadership.
