The 2024 cohort returned to school to receive their GCE O-Level results from their Form Teachers, with top performers presented their certificates by Principal Miss Chia. The atmosphere in the hall was warm and celebratory as students marked the completion of their secondary school journey.
This year’s results reflect overall improvement across key performance indicators. The percentage of students attaining 5 O-Level Passes rose to 68.2%, continuing an upward trend from 2022 and 2023. The proportion achieving 3 O-Level Passes also increased significantly to 94.1%.
In terms of post-secondary progression, eligibility for JC/MI improved to 30.6%, while the percentage of students meeting the criteria for Polytechnic admission increased markedly to 84.7%, the highest across the three-year trend.
This cohort's top student with an L1R5 score of 6 points is Hao Chenyi from Sec 4G. Her compatriots who did equally well are Cai Zeyang and Tang Haitao who are also from Sec 4G, alongside Brandon Ng Kai En who is from Sec 4F. The common thread among all these students is the fact that they realised the importance of revising early and always clarifying their doubts with their teachers whenever they are unclear about anything.
The school congratulates the Class of 2024 for their commendable performance and extends its best wishes to all students as they progress to the next stage of their education.
