Academic Performance of the students are greatly affected by their daily habits, particularly their dietary choices and sleep patterns. This study explores the impact of students’ dietary habits and sleep deprivation on the academic performance of senior high school students. It aims to determine how good and bad dietary choices and sleep quality affect their concentration, cognitive function, and overall academic outcomes. Through paper-pencil surveys and data analysis, this research identifies common dietary patterns and sleep behaviors among students, highlighting their effect on learning efficiency. The findings will help raise awareness among students, teachers, and parents about the importance of maintaining a well-balanced diet routine and proper sleep schedule. By understanding these factors, schools and families can develop strategies to improve students’ academic performance and overall well-being.
