Abstract
Education serves as a powerful tool for personal, professional, and societal transformation. This study explores the educational and personal significance of the Continuing Education Program (CEP) at Siena College of San Jose for Academic Year 2024–2025. Designed for working adults and non-traditional learners, the CEP offers flexible learning modalities to support academic advancement, career development, and holistic growth. Using a descriptive survey method, the research gathered data on students’ perceptions of the program's impact on personal growth and professional success, as well as challenges related to academic performance, institutional support, and work-life-study balance. Results reveal a generally favorable view of the program’s benefits, though concerns remain regarding workload and support services. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance the program’s relevance and effectiveness through flexible delivery modes, integrated support systems, and career-focused pathways, aligning with global standards in lifelong learning.
