Introduction:
A toy that provides auditory stimulation will also capture your child's interest and encourage him to keep reaching out and moving toward him, thereby developing his motor skills. It will also allow you to develop cognitive and social skills when taking turns.
Procedure:
Wash and dry the can, then put the rice into the can. Cover and seal with tape.
Trace 1 square on the butcher paper, measuring the height and length with the can to cover it completely and cut it out.
Trace the bottom of the can on the butcher paper (2 circles) leaving 1 inch wide and cut out.
Line the lid and the bottom of the can with the butcher paper circles, sticking them with adhesive tape.
Draw on the butcher paper the rails of a train with a marker or color of your choice and line the can.
Color and cut out the pictures of the train.
Glue the drawing of the train, on the rails to the can.
Line the can with clear tape lengthwise until completely covered.
