Sodium: Cut the Salt!

The ERP Sodium: Cut the Salt! lesson plan has been updated for the new dietary guidelines.  Students will learn about the recommended amounts of sodium, how to identify common sources of sodium in foods and explain the health benefits of reducing sodium in their diets!
