Time to try.... Cabbage!

This month, your nutrition educator will be delivering cabbage slaw for students to try. Did you know that cabbage is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K, as well as being rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium?

Cabbage can be used in many ways! It can be diced, boiled, added to a stir fry, as well as pickled and fermented. With so many options it can be difficult to choose, so our team takes out the guess work for you with our recipe of the month.
