TAE Lunch on 1st Dec 2022 was an interesting array of food, with each plate have a variety of 3 samplers on their plate. This came about as it was the final lunch the students had to prepare before their final exams. We of course lucked out as we got to taste these 'masterpieces'. Just look at the menu: (choice of 2 plates, picking the one you fancied).
“OINK & MOOFISH” consisting of Roast Fillet of Beef; Pork Loin; Pan-Fried Barramundi served with Creamed Leeks/Potato Fondant/Sauteed Spring Vegetables. Or
“LAND & SEA” consisting of Charred lamb cutlet on bed of garlic & Rosemary Mash;
Battered Barramundi on bed of Quinoa & Haloumi; Confit Chicken Salad on bed of Capers & Mustard Aioli. Now desert:
“BYE BYE THURSDAY” which consisted of Sticky date pudding & vanilla bean ice cream, plus Wattle seed cheescake with salted caramel sauce and a berry compote with ginger crumbs.
Not an every day selection, but one that everyone certainly enjoyed. Final TAFE lunch for the year.
