After the Proud Mary Murray River cruise 6 Minto Probus memebers take an extended two day tour of Kagaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park provided an oportunity to get up close and personal with many of the native animals. The local KI Kangaroo have trained passing tourists to feed them by hand.

Kangaroo Island has one of the largest desease free koala colonies in Australia.

Moving on torwards Seal Bay, we visit the Raptor Domain, an outdoor sanctuary for birds of prey.

An interesting experence getting this close and personal with the wildlife. This barn owl just had to be in the photograph.

Kathie gets to hold a Wedge Tail Eagle.

Our last visit for the day is to Seal Cove where we visit a seal lion colony.

After days at sea filling their bellies, they spend about 3 days on shore, feeding their pups and keeping warm in the protection of the sand dune undergowth.
