Final event of the year for Minto Probus and well attended with 59 members present. Again the weather, tho a little windy at times, stayed on our side, and groups were able to gather in their chairs out in the open. Food was in abundance with snacks and the like passed around for all to enjoy.

Our ever faithful 'cooks' again slaved over the BBQ and cooked up the sausages and onions. At one time we were given a welcome by a family of 3 kangaroos who bounded down the hillside, stopped to take a look at us and then went on their way once again, content to know that we were well behaved, and meant them no harm.

Wendy Byrne won the $25 gift voucher and then a lucky dip was extended to everyone else, with gifts donated by Belinda and Linda. Kathie, our President, thanked those who helped bring the day together, and to the members for their attendance and support.

At the end of the lunch, several members stayed for a trivia event. Two teams, the “Reindeers” and the “Brown Noses” who vied against each other with one team outdoing the other (we won't say who!). It was a lot of fun and in the end all came out winners.
