TAFE Lunch

What can we say, the meal that was served was just delicious.

Only 12 of our members took the advantage of having lunch prepared by the students. Short notice and if not for our presence, there would have only been 4 other patrons.

Choice was between lamb cutlets or barramundi, served with vegetables. Either one was top notch, best you would expect from any high class restaurant.

Dessert was either poached pear with praline, red orange glaze and chantilly cream or sticky date pudding with salted caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream.

Photos just does not give it justice. No fault could be found and everyone praised the students for their outstanding work and presentation.

Another great outing.
