Riverboat Postman on 26th Oct.'22 saw 23 Minto Probus Members get an early start in order to be in time for the departure of the boat on the Hawkesbury at 10am. Touch and go leading up to the date as to whether or not the weather would be favourable after days of heavy downfalls. SURPRISE! We woke to a sunny start and this continued throughout the day.

One is always assured of an amazing trip up the river as the mail is delivered from wharf to wharf. Morning tea served with the infamous Anzac Biscuits and a Ploughman's selection for lunch. For those so inclined a glass or two of wine is always an added treat.

All too soon the return trip was made and everyone arrived back home safe and sound, all declaring that it was indeed a lovely day.
