Below are the generalized steps that need to be followed when KidSpirit uses the kitchens in Milam:
In the Kitchen determine what areas will work as stations for the groups to work in
For each station determine if the appropriate supplies are available
o A list of needed supplies is located KidSpirit>departments>Kitchen & Cooking>Kitchen Station List
Determine if there are enough towels and aprons for the summer
o Each child and staff in the kitchen will need an apron to wear while in the kitchen, these numbers can be obtained through Ideal-Logic
Organize the storage spaces in the kitchen including:
o Dry goods
o Extra supplies
o Refrigerator
Communicate with the marketing staff about chef name tags for each child, which need to be ready at check-in the first day of each session
