Pool: if you are planning to use the pool on an ACES day, fill out a Lifeguard request form for the times swimming classes will take place. A Lifeguard will absolutely be needed for every class. Turn the request into Debi and email Justin Gordon (Oregon State Aquatics Director) to alert him that a Lifeguard Request has been filled out, so he knows to keep an eye out for it. This form needs to be turned in at least two weeks prior to the first ACES day. Send Justin Gordon an email about a week in advance to make sure lifeguards are in place for ACES and double check that the lifeguards will be sent to the correct pool for each day. Typically we do not use the pool during the school year due to the lack of availability and swim staff.
