When adding the text into the Ideal logic set up use this doc. This doc should include descriptions, email templates, and bios for the classes. It is also very important to include the in-progress reminders when creating the registration, the current set up is 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, and 10 days.
In Ideal Logic it is also important that you set up the payment timeline with the correct amounts, all months (not including December and June) will be full price, other months will be calculated based on days in the classroom. The payments need to be charged on the first of the month.
Based on the attendance situation from last year, the attendance will look messy, I am working on making it more consistent with the rest of the programming. As of right now you will go into the attendance tab and add the day, I am hoping to be able to eventually use the same process as gymnastics (through the progress reports). Once you hit record attendance (in the first photo below) and created it for the desired day you will see the check boxes and the columns (in the second photo below), fill them out accordingly (if they were here mark them as such and if they weren't leave it blank). In the box in the top right labeled description (seen in the second photo below) you will input the week and day (EX: week 1 day 2) and then your initials (EX: AC). Once this is done you will hit the commit attendance record button in on the bottom of the screen
on the image above you'll see the two initials in the description box above this is part of the input and then the double check process which occurs on all of the attendance for the programing, this double check function is normally an office job, so you don't need to worry about having that second set of initials when inputting the attendance.
