Q: How many to staff? A: 2 Staff from 7-10 participants +1 Staff per 5 participants registered. Exp: This means 17 kids would have 3 staff.
Q: How many participants necessary to run a session? A: You need 7 students total to run for the session. If you do not have 7 students by the second class you must cancel the class and refund the parents.
Q: Can we run the Bowmaster's Class? A: You must have at least 5 students registered to justify running the extra half an hour.
Q: Does a supervisor need to be at every class? A: You are not required to be at every class at Langton Hall as there will always be a supervisor on campus. When you are at EE Wilson there must be a supervisor with you as we are traveling off campus.
Q: Who teaches the lesson during each class? A: When you are scheduling your staff, designate one staff to be the Head Instructor who will be teaching the class. Make sure that they know who that is when you first put the class out. Then they are held accountable to putting together and getting their lesson plan approved.
