Email Cindy Lehto (or the OSU Master Scheduler) to ask for the KidSpirit event number. We cannot schedule for computer labs without this.
Put in a request for the computer labs. The request can be made in Winter term, however we won’t get confirmation for a while as credit-bearing OSU classes will get first dibs at the labs. Once those are scheduled, we will get a confirmation on what labs are reserved for us.
Make sure to use KidSpirit’s OSU email and phone number when reserving the rooms.

· If you need Macintosh & Windows, click ‘Kidder 028,’ or ‘Weniger 222.’
· If you only need Windows, click ‘Milne 130,’ or ‘Milne 201.’
· Look for the link titled ‘Click here for current schedule.’
· Check to see if the time you need is available (No block over the time).
· If the time you need is available, click on the schedule
· Fill out the form as prompted, except:
o Email: Use the Kidspirit@oregonstate.edu email
o Phone: Use the Kidspirit 541-737-5437 phone
· In the comments list the class title, instructor, counselor, and # of kids.
· Double-check all information and dates
· Hit ‘Submit to schedule desk.’
Your reservation is NOT complete until you receive the email confirmation saying that the request has been granted.
(This should be the second email you receive – the first is just a confirmation of the request, not a confirmation of a granted request. It may take a few hours.)
