Around week 5 or 6 of school year or session 5 of summer when the next term's registration is open, let guardians know by handing out printed flyers and/or copies of the schedule of classes.
Coordinate with the marketing team for flyers and social media posts
Flyers and schedules should live on the front desk so that guardians can take them when they come in.
Supervisors should hand out the flyers to guardians as they are dropping off/picking up their gymnasts.
Supervisors should kindly inform guardians that registration is open and some general information (i.e. when it starts, how long the session is, etc.)
A flyer/poster should be pinned on the bulletin board in the hallway where drop off and pick up occurs as well as the gymnastics room.
Email parents from the current term that registration is open, with links to the registration page and the website.
This is usually done as a newsletter (information about all KidSpirit programs can be sent at the same time)
Call in progress registrations and/or have coaches call thier gymnasts from last term to ask them to come back.
Make sure it is accurate and imformative!
