On ideal-logic's main page, locate the top main bar and click on "Admin".
2. Click on "Archery" and it will take you to Archery Setup.
3. Find the side bar and click on "Sessions".
4. Click on the "progress reports" tab and you will see the two different levels below, Arrowheads & Bowmasters. If you click on edit for either it will bring you to this page below.
5. Here you can add a new skill under one of the sections if somethings comes up and need to be added.
6. If you click on "edit" for any of the skills this is where you will be able to add or edit drills. (Drills are h ow can they master the skill, what will help them get there?)
7. When you are done make sure to hit "done editing" and it will close you out of the lesson plan/progress report set-up
8. The next thing you might need to change is the default rounds which you will just click on the "default rounds" tab and there are 10 right now for summer but during the school year you will only need 8 and so you will just remove two of the last days. You can edit the rest and put "week 1, week 2. etc." instead of days since fall is by weeks.
9. Make sure to click on 'save and close" at the bottom of this page to exit safely.
Click on the session you wish to set-up the progress report in.
Locate the side tab and click on "Setup".
3. Scroll down the page until you find the heading "Progress Reports".
4. Click on the "Edit (Admin Only)..." and then when the three options pop up, make sure to select "All participants will use the same progress report" and it should pop up with the selection as seen below:
5. Make sure to check the "Progress Report Plan" under the options subheading.
6. You will add a "New Plan" and the name will be "Lesson Plans" and the type will be "Arrowheads".
7. Once your plan looks like this hit the "edit" button. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART :)
8. The edit button will have the lesson plans pop-up, they will have empty check boxes next to them, make sure to check "Select all" or else your lesson plans will not show up in your progress reports tab.
9. See how they are all selected? Once you double check, make sure to select "done editing" at the bottom of this page.
10. Save and close out of the set-up. To check your work you can always go into the progress reports tab and make sure that the "Lesson Plan" tab shows up!
