Multichannel Digital Marketing

Goal of my personal project is to help a small business to continue and grow the business using digital marketing and e-commerce approach to overcome the business slowdown or business stoppage due to the Covid19 situation and lockdown. This will help me learn E commerce, digital marketing and entrepreneurial skills.

Many small brick and mortar stores are closing down or facing severe challenges due to lockdown and other restrictions imposed by the government as a result of Covid19.
Retailers with a digital strategy will be able to take advantage to continue and grow the business.

I selected a project for the following reasons

(1) My interest in digital and online technologies

(2) My interest in business and entrepreneurship and

(3) To help a small store affected by Covid19 lockdown.

How to use the internet and mobile technologies for small businesses affected by lockdown. - One of the most important scientific and technological innovation of the 20^th and 21^st century relate to the Internet and Mobile technologies. Small businesses can benefit from digital technology adoption. Technology innovation can advance the prospects of a small business with the easy and low-cost availability of technology

Through this project, I learned Project skills – Planning, Organizing, and Tracking activities. I enhanced my Communication, Collaboration, Self-management, and digital marketing skills.
