My personal project was to create pieces of clothing that would convey the message that trendy clothing can also be achieved by dressing sustainably, this way also leads to the betterment of the environment. After the advertisement of the product, the products would be sold to customers and the profits would be donated to animal shelters that are in need of financial aid in order to support and bring in more stray animals to put under their protection. The global context helped every individual develop their personal project ideas in order to meet certain criteria that were given to assess how effective our ideas were and how they helped us improve our skills and helped society too. The IB learner profiles and ATL skills helped us think outside the box they helped us create our own ideas and find ways to execute them, the ATL skills helped us collaborate and communicate with people which helped us improve our goals and the IB learner profile helped us consider several factors into our personal projects. These skills helped me connect my personal interests which were sustainable clothing and helping stray animals, without this project This stag wouldn’t be achieved.
