The global context I chose was Fairness and Development because that would really go with my goal as my goal is to help with the animals and their equality and spread awareness about it so I knew it was the correct global context for me.

I had to improve on a lot of skills but related to my goal I had 3 specific skills which had to be perfect in – Research skills as I had to research a lot in my topic and get the correct information I had to be best in it so to improve on it I made few questions before researching so that it is easier for me to research, Social and Communication skills I have to talk a lot in the community as my goals was to aware people so I had to the best in communication as they have to understand me, to improve on that I made question before the interview so that I don’t get confused or make them and one more skill was Self-Management skills I had to manage a lot as I had schools, school work and personal project work so it was very hard to manage at first but later on I made up a timetable for myself so I can manage it.
