My project is to learn the basic Korean language and produce a poem. As an IB learner, the global context, ATL skills and learner profiles showed me the way to achieve my goal. Through the course of this project i was able to express myself through Korean language. Hence my global context is personal and cultural expression which is best suiting.With research and time, I slowly started applying and improving the ATL skills and learner profiles. These were concrete blocks in developing the process journal, research, end product, report and the whole project. I can’t rank the importance of either any skill or learner profile as all are equally important in further creating way towards completion of my project. Few examples are time management, organizational, thinking, research and communication skills.
