The IB Global Context that is most appropriate and I have chosen for my personal project is Globalization and Sustainability as I will explore the interconnectedness of human-made systems and communities; the relationship between local and global processes; how local experiences mediate the global; reflect on the opportunities and tensions provided by world- interconnectedness; the impact of decision- making on humankind and the environment. 

As I am teaching requisite skills to the youth that will qualify them to be connected to an employer which will give them an opportunity to earn a livelihood for themselves and their families and for them to be able to financially support their families. The connection between the employer, the youth and I, will bring about the interconnectedness of human-made systems and communities as I am bridging these communities.

This goal is a community-oriented goal, as the targeted youth will greatly benefit from this project along with learning numerous skills that would help me grow not only as a student but also as a person.
