I will research and design an exercise routine that will help me improve my mental health and fitness levels.
The IB MYP Process Journal is a useful place to record information while working on all stages of the Personal Project. The student creates the journal in a format that suits his/her needs (scrapbook, word doc, blog, composition notebook, binder, etc.).
My project aims to incorporate both elements of working out and mindfulness exercises such as meditation to improve both my physical and mental health levels. Especially during these troubled times there has been a decline in the mental health of people around the world. Not only during the quarantine but also when everything is normal, declining mental health is a big issue. Through pointing out the correlation between exercising regularly with mental health and making use of said exercises, not only me but other people will also be able to alleviate their despairs and lead a healthier and happier life.
