I want to create a blog with recipes from different Indian festivals and convert those recipes to vegan.
The IB MYP Process Journal is a useful place to record information while working on all stages of the Personal Project. The student creates the journal in a format that suits his/her needs (scrapbook, word doc, blog, composition notebook, binder, etc.).
The global context of my personal project is personal and cultural expression and I want the showcase the culture of my country India through a blog and this global context is perfect because I’m going to be presenting the rich and diverse culture of India by exploring the culinary aspect of different festivals. I have exhibited a lot of ATL and IB learner profile attributes throughout the journey of my personal project as that has helped me grow in different ways. The scope of the personal project has helped me talk and interact with people which was a huge part of my communication as well as my research skills. It has also helped me think outside a certain mindset and look at things differently. The Personal project has also taught me self-management, as I am trying to balance academics and extra-curricular activities parallelly. The personal project has also helped me learn beyond just academics and has taught me how to deal with the world through understanding the IB learner profile attributes. They helped me become a lifelong learner and understand the little things behind something big. They helped me develop qualities to make exceptional contributions in the days to come.
